Steps

QuickBooks Online 'Watch Vendors' (new vendors).
Google Sheets 'Add a Row' with vendor name, email, date added, and W-9 status = Requested.
Run a second scenario weekly: Google Sheets 'Search Rows' where status = Requested and the vendor was added more than 14 days ago.
Gmail 'Send an Email' to yourself with the list (not to the vendors, so you stay in control).

Before you file 1099s, confirm each vendor's TIN and 1099 status yourself. This only tracks whether you've collected the form.

Node and module names match Make's docs as of Oct 2026. Apps rename triggers and actions sometimes, so check yours in the editor. Try it with test data or a sandbox company first.
